Returns
Because our product is a consumable supplement, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be in its original packaging
The seal must be intact
The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
If a package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrived damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pro-W Recovery is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
